Our Process
We assist starting from the planning phase of your project, to ensure that your network is seamlessly woven into the fabric of your building.
1. Consultation
Free consultation to meet client and establish project network requirements. We will advise on the most cost-effective solutions and design your network accordingly.
2. Select Providers
Optimal service providers (recommended by us) selected, and business order placed. Once the service is installed, this is where the ISPs involvement ends, and your bespoke network begins.
3. Broadband Network
We will build a full fibre/copper/hybrid broadband network (depending on your requirements) for your residents’ broadband.
4. Mesh Network
We will build a separate internal mesh network to provide Wi-Fi to any communal areas/amenity spaces – as set out in the proposal.
5. Managed
Once the build is complete, it will be fully tested and commissioned, before handing over to our network management teams. They will take care of everything, from setting up resident's broadband accounts to troubleshooting any customer faults.

A mesh network is a group of connectivity devices, such as Wi-Fi access points that act as a single network, so there are multiple sources of connectivity around your site. This allows for seamless connectivity for your residents as they move through different parts of the building.
How much does it cost?
This will vary depending on the size of your site and its network requirements. Once we understand these things, we can provide a quote for installation and management.
What if our sites requirements change?
Our networks are built in a way to allow for complete flexibility and expansion. If you need to increase bandwidth to feed more premises or if you decide to add more network features, it will be possible to do so.
